Purosearch is looking for an exceptional Extra Care Scheme manager to manage a fantastic Extra Care scheme located in the Sunderland area.
My client is a renowned organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of older individuals. Their mission is to provide a supportive home from home for their residents in their latter years.
As the Extra Care Scheme Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating a home-like atmosphere and ensuring the well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the extra care scheme, managing staff, and fostering a positive and inclusive community.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the extra care scheme
Supervise and support a dedicated team of care professionals
Ensure the highest standards of care and service delivery
Foster a welcoming and inclusive community for residents
Collaborate with local agencies and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
Proven experience in a managerial role within the care sector, NVQ Level 5 Leadership & management qualification
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for providing exceptional care to older individuals
Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
Ability to build positive relationships with residents, staff, and stakeholders
