A financially stable & supportive local organisation is looking for a highly experienced Nursing Home Manager to take the reins of their GOOD rated Nursing home located in the NE3 area of Newcastle upon Tyne.

• Over 40 beds
• Rated GOOD with CQC

• Long standing staff team
• Caters for the elderly, those with physical disabilities & mental health problems & learning disabilities
As a Nursing Home Manager you will work alongside the staff team having 24/7 responsibility for the Nursing Home. A motivational leader who works alongside key stakeholders in improving grades, manages all nursing & HR aspects & above all ensure the wellbeing of residents & staff alike.
About you:
• Nurse or non nurse
• Over 2 years Home Management experience
• Current Nursing home rated at least GOOD
• A passion for care& excellent CQC knowledge
