I am working with a wonderful and very highly rated complex care provider who are currently looking to recruit a Registered Home Manager / Care Home Manager for their medium sized nursing home / care home in the Burnley area commutable from Manchester, Preston, Oldham, Blackburn etc.
I am looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager / Registered Manager / Care Home Manager to manage a beautiful, luxury care home. This is a well-established care home with fantastic reputation in the Burnley Area
The care home / nursing home offers nursing and residential care to residents with complex needs, learning disabilities and brain. The nursing home requires a hands-on manager with a passion for delivering the best care. Care home manager / registered home manager candidates should have previous home management experience and solid knowledge of nursing /complex care. Any commissioning experience would be advantageous.

Skills and experience required:
-Should be a qualified RGN OR RMN
-Strong care home management skills
-Excellent understanding of quality, compliance & regulations within a care home setting.
-Commercially aware and possess strong sales & marketing skills.
Strong CQC knowledge
-Experience of managing compliant care homes
-Complex needs, Learning disabilities and mental health background
