Position: Peripatetic Manager / Home Support Manager
Location: South/ East Anglia
Salary: £66,700 per annum
Peripatetic Manager / Home support Manager required to join major elderly care home provider to oversee the management of homes across London and East Anglia. Some travel across the south of England will be required also, although my client will endeavour to keep you based local to your home region where possible. You will oversee the management of homes delivering care to elderly frail users and dementia sufferers in residential homes.
Candidates must have a very good background in elderly care home management. Candidates with some multi-site management experience will be preferred but candidates looking to take a step up from a Home Manager job will be accepted. Applicants need to have specific experience gained in turning around homes and developing services. You will work to develop services and to project manage the development of homes. You will work as an interim Manager when required and you will work to ensure homes continue to be run effectively. You will play a key part in the continued provision of excellent care and the ongoing success of care homes.
Peripatetic Home Manager Requirements:
•Ideally have experience at a similar level
•Strong home management skills
•Care home troubleshooting experience
•Ability to travel
•Driving license.
