We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager with a proven track record of success in the hotel / hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent people management skills, exceptional communication skills, and be able to ensure an outstanding resident experience. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of hospitality operations, including food service, activities programming, housekeeping, and maintenance.
Duties include:
· Develop a service experience that fits within our family vision and values; being compassion, empathy and transparency in our service delivery
· Develop and maintain a positive working environment for all staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and high-quality service
· Ensure that all residents are provided with an exceptional experience and that their needs and expectations are met and exceeded
· Manage the food service operation, working closely with the executive chef including menu planning, preparation, and delivery of high-quality meals in a timely and efficient manner
· Develop and maintain a robust activities program that is tailored to the interests and needs of the residents and is engaging, fun, and promotes health and wellness
· Ensure we maintain and manage best first impression experience
· Ensure the housekeeping function is effective, efficient, and maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility
· Ensure that all maintenance issues are addressed promptly, and the facility is kept in good repair
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
· Excellent people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional service
