Interim Home Manager - Learning Difficulties and Autism

£250 - 300 per day
Interim post 3-6 months
An opportunity has arisen to join a well established Care Home provider as a Interim Peripatetic Home Manager based in Worksop. The home specialises in supporting adults with Learning Difficulties and Autism as well as offering nursing care
We need someone who is extremely confident, has excellent organisational skills and can work well with the current home manager to support and empower them.
In return, my client is offering a competitive daily rate
Skills/ Qualifications for the role of Interim Home Manager:
• Experience in Learning Difficulties and Autism are essential
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Have a clear and thorough knowledge of the CQC standards.
Experience for the Interim Home Manager Role:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience of working in care setting.
• Deliver the organisations vision and values
