Position: Interim Care Home Manager
I am seeking an experienced Interim Care Home Manager to join a well-established care home in Worthing. Their home is renowned for providing high-quality care to residents, and they are looking for a dedicated professional to maintain and enhance their standards during this interim period.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the care home, ensuring the delivery of outstanding care and support to all residents.
Oversee care plans with a focus on dementia care, ensuring that individual needs are met with dignity and respect.
Lead and support staff to maintain a positive and efficient working environment.
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, addressing any areas of improvement promptly.
Adapt to changing circumstances and work flexibly to meet the demands of the role.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in an interim management role within a care home setting.
Specialised knowledge and hands-on experience in dementia care.
Strong understanding of CQC regulations with a proven track record of maintaining compliance.
Flexibility to adapt to the varying needs of the care home and its residents.
