Registered Home Manager / Care Home Manager required to join wonderful supported living service based in Banbury, commutable from: Oxford, Bicester, Banbury etc.
Our client prefers to hire an experienced Registered Manager / Care Home Manager / Supported Living Manager. Supported Living Manager candidates should have a proven track record of overseeing care homes with excellent resident care delivery and CQC reports. Service Manager candidates MUST have strong knowledge of the learning disabilities / autism care sector.
As Registered Home Manager / Care Home Manager you will develop the care service. You will oversee care planning and ensure that the home is as successful as possible.
This supported living service is fully compliant with a great reputation locally. It allows the residents to live fully fulfilled lives and ensures service users are very active. This is a wonderful service within a highly regarded charitable care provider.
The successful Supported Living Manager candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Experienced care service manager / home manager / registered manager / supported living
manager
- Proven track record of successful learning disabilities service management
- Proven success in troubleshooting / home development
- Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
- Dynamic & Enthusiastic
- Strong business management
Duties will include:
- Overall responsibility of the care home
- Staff management/appraisals/training within the home
- Care plans/reviews/meetings
- Budget management for the home
