Our client is looking for either an experienced Registered Manager / Supported Living Manager to manage a range of care services in the Oxford area.
Registered Manager / Supported Living Manager candidates should have strong learning disabilities care skills. Registered Manager / Supported Living Manager candidates will manage a variety of services that deliver care to people with complex care / learning disabilities conditions.
As Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager you will ensure high quality care is delivered to people with autism, physical disabilities and complex care needs.
Candidates should have strong business and marketing skills. Care Home Manager candidates must have strong care knowledge.
As the Registered Manager / Supported Living Manager you will ensure the highest levels of care are delivered at all times. You will join a learning disabilities care provider that has very high care quality standards. You will ensure the supported living service remains compliant with CQC legislation .
Learning Disabilities Manager / Supported Living Manager Requirements:
- Experience as a Care Home Manager / Supported Living Manager / Service Manager
- Strong knowledge of the autism care / learning disabilities care sector
- Good Communication Skills
- Prior experience of obtaining good CQC inspection reports
