Registered Home Manager / Care Home Manager required to join wonderful supported living service based in Reading, Berkshire.
Our client prefers to hire an experienced Registered Manager / Care Home Manager / Supported Living Manager. Supported Living Manager candidates should have a proven track record of overseeing care homes with excellent resident care delivery and CQC reports. Service Manager candidates MUST have strong knowledge of the learning disabilities / autism care sector.
As Registered Home Manager / Care Home Manager you will develop the two supported living care services. You will oversee care planning and ensure that care is delivered to a very high standard.
This supported living service is fully compliant with a great reputation locally. It allows the residents to live fully fulfilled lives and ensures service users are very active. This is a wonderful service within a highly regarded care provider.
The successful Supported Living Manager candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Experienced care service manager / home manager / registered manager / supported living
manager
- Proven track record of successful learning disabilities service management
- Proven success in care to people with autism / complex care / challenging behaviour
- Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
- Dynamic & Enthusiastic
- Strong business management
