We would like to appoint a Learning Disabilities / Autism Care Supported Living Manager, based in the Milton Keynes area. This service is a specialist supported living services for people with learning difficulties, autism, mental health care needs etc.
The Learning Disabilities Supported Living Manager will be responsible for the management of care to people with learning disabilities in two small services in Milton Keynes.
Learning Disabilities Supported Living Manager candidates should have strong hands on management skills, successful track record of obtaining good CQC reports and thorough knowledge of the autism and learning disabilities care sector. Supported living deputy manager's looking to step up will be considered for this post.
The successful candidate will need to be:
• An experienced Learning Disabilities Supported Living Manager or Deputy Manager stepping up
• Relevant management qualifications - NVQ Level 4/ 5 or working towards.
• Good understanding of CQC and regulations.
• Thorough knowledge of working within people with learning difficulties / autism.
• Car driver
