Purosearch have a fantastic vacancy available for an RMN qualified Director of Clinical Services / Mental Health Clinical Lead / Clinical Nurse Manager to manage a small hospital team that delivers care adults with mental health conditions in High Wycombe.
This is a fantastic role for an aspiring nurse leader looking to remain in a clinically focussed role in a wonderful small specialist hospital. Ideally candidates should have knowledge of eating disorder care in their career.
This is a specialist eating disorder service for mixed gender adults.
As Director of Clinical Services / Mental Health Clinical Manager / Clinical Lead you will manage a team of RMN's and carers.
As Clinical Lead will be to work closely to support the Hospital Director with the operational delivery of nursing services at running of the Hospital.
Ideal candidates will have experience as a Ward Manager, Deputy Ward Manager, Clinical Team Lead, Clinical Lead, RMN Nurse Manager, Clinical Services Manager. This role is close to Matron/Team Lead/Clinical Lead within the NHS.
