Position: Night Nurse
Location: Worcester
Salary: £21-£22 per hour
Hours: 3 shifts per week (36 hours) with overtime available

Role Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Night Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in person-centered care services and be committed to enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents during night shifts.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess residents' health and well-being.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents.
Requirements:
• Valid nursing qualification and registration.
• Experience in dementia care and person-centered care services.
• Ability to work night shifts (3 shifts per week).
• Must be able to drive due to the location of the care home.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing the best care.
