42 hours p/w- 6 supernumerary
A Deputy Nursing Home Manager is needed for a highly reputable Nursing home in the Blairgowrie area.
This welcoming & reputable Nursing home offers first class care to the elderly & those living with dementia in a fantastic period property.
They are looking for a nurse qualified Deputy Nursing Home Manager with an active PIN, a passion & experience within elderly Nursing home care is a must alongside experience in managing a clinical or care team.
The role is a mixture of on the floor nursing and supernumerary, management time. Working sole days and with one shorter shift of supernumerary a week this role will utilize your nursing and leadership skills & is a permanent role.

What do you need to be successful in this position?
• A Nursing qualification & Active PIN is a must (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
• Experience in a Nursing Home setting/elderly care setting
• Previous leadership/senior experience is desirable
• Excellent clinical skills & an awareness of CI/SSSC
