A Deputy Nursing Home Manager is needed to join a fantastic staff team at a highly reputable Nursing home located in the Alloa area.
This highly reputable Nursing home offers first class care to the elderly & those living with dementia in modern purpose built surroundings & has a first rate manager on board!
They are looking for a nurse qualified Deputy Nursing Home Manager with an active PIN, a passion & experience within elderly Nursing home care is a must alongside experience in managing a clinical or care team.
The role is a predominantly supernumerary role. Working sole days this role will utilize your nursing and leadership skills & is a permanent role.

What do you need to be successful in this position?
• A Nursing qualification & Active PIN is a must (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
• Experience in a Nursing Home setting/elderly care setting
• Previous leadership/senior experience
• Excellent clinical skills & an awareness of CI/SSSC
