Deputy Nursing Home Manager required to join prestigious nursing home. You will work as a Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead of a nursing home based in the Havant/ Portsmouth area.
Our client is keen to hire a Deputy Manager for their home in the Havant / Portsmouth area. Nurses looking for a step up will be considered. Deputy Manager / Deputy Nursing Home Manager / Clinical Lead candidates must be Nurse qualified (RGN or RMN) and candidates must have had some managerial experience within an elderly care setting.
As Deputy Manager / Deputy Home Manager you will manage teams of Nurses and Carers and you will ensure nursing care is delivered to the very highest of standards. You will manage all clinical operations within the home and support the Nursing Home Manager to ensure high levels of care are delivered at all times. Deputy Home Manager candidates should have strong clinical skills and thorough knowledge of dementia care.

The successful Deputy Manager / Deputy Nursing Home Manager will have the following skills and experience:
-Nurse / RGN / RMN qualification essential
-Experience working within an elderly care home
-Experience gained working as a Deputy Care Home Manager / Deputy Manager / Nurse Manager / Senior Nurse
