About the Role
As Home Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the home with compassion, professionalism and vision. You will inspire your team to deliver person-centred care of the highest standard while ensuring the home remains fully compliant, commercially successful and a warm, welcoming environment for residents and their families.
About You
We are looking for an experienced and motivated leader who:
- Has a minimum of three years' experience as a Registered Care Home Manager.
- Holds a Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification (or equivalent).
- Has experience managing a 40+ bed nursing and dementia care home.
- Has a strong clinical and operational background.
- Has experience commissioning or supporting newly opened services (desirable).
- Has an excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
- Is passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred care.
- Is a confident and inspiring leader who develops and empowers teams.
- Leads with integrity, compassion and professionalism.
