We’re looking for an enthusiastic, positive and driven Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established nursing home in Barnsley, supporting nursing residents to receive the highest standards of care.

The home has a Good CQC rating, giving you a strong foundation to build on and take the service forward.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Passionately believes in delivering outstanding resident care.
• Motivates and develops staff to be the best they can be.
• Creates a positive, happy and accountable team culture.
• Has strong knowledge of CQC, compliance and clinical governance.
