Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager for a permanent position at a lovely care home set within its own grounds Nr Derby. The home boasts a good CQC report and has an excellent local reputation. As a part of a reputable provider, you will receive robust support from the organization to excel in your role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home.
- Report directly to the regional manager.
- Market the care home and its services effectively.
- Ensure high standards of care are consistently met.
Qualifications:
- Nurse qualified with current PIN
- Proven experience as a home manager in a care setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and marketing skills.
