Wales based family run care provider looking to recruit a passionate Nursing Home Manager in Ammanford for their elderly and dementia focused nursing and residential service!

The Owner is looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to oversee a 50 bed specialist nursing and residential service, supporting the elderly in need of daily clinical care, dementia and end of life care. The Regional Manager is looking for a passionate, experienced manager who can hit the ground running. We are looking for someone who has been registered with CIW previously and who has a background in elderly and dementia care.
The Nursing Home Manager will oversee all day to day aspects of the service, auditing, care plans, assessments staff management, recruitment, standards of care, compliance. You will also develop the staff team enabling the individuals we support to reach their full potential.
We are looking for a Registered Home Manager with;
• Commitment to delivering high quality care.
• Previous managerial experience in a care setting.
• Strong working knowledge of care standards and regulations.
• Essential to be a registered nurse
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
