We're recruiting for an exceptional Nursing Home Manager to oversee a beautiful, market-leading nursing home located between Aylesbury and High Wycombe. Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the nursing, care, and management teams.
Deliver exceptional clinical governance and person-centred care.
Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
Develop and support colleagues through coaching, mentoring, and leadership.
Drive occupancy, resident satisfaction, and overall home performance.
Manage budgets, staffing, and operational performance effectively.
Build strong relationships with residents, relatives, healthcare professionals, and the local community.
About You
To be successful, you'll have:
Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC Pin – essential.
Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager, Registered Manager, or Home Manager within a nursing home environment.
A strong track record of achieving excellent CQC standards and delivering outstanding care.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Commercial awareness alongside a genuine commitment to resident wellbeing.
The ability to motivate teams, develop talent, and create a positive culture.
