The Registered Nurse Manager will have the following experience and qualifications:
• Proven track record of successful home management.
• Nursing qualification is essential
• NVQ Level 5
• Relevant Professional qualification
• Good knowledge and background of the care sector
• Strong knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
