Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead our team in Bradford. The ideal candidate will be Nurse qualified with a strong background in managing nursing homes. Candidates currently serving as Deputy Managers looking to step up are encouraged to apply. The successful applicant will demonstrate a commitment to maintaining our good CQC rating, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the nursing home
- Ensure high standards of care and regulatory compliance
- Lead, manage, and support the nursing and care staff
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Maintain and improve our good CQC rating
- Liaise with residents, families, and external agencies
Qualifications and Skills:
- Nurse qualified (Registered Nurse)
- Proven experience in nursing home management
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent understanding of CQC regulations and standards
- Ability to maintain high levels of care and compliance
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
