An exciting opportunity for an experienced Nursing Home Manager
We are currently working with an excellent care provider to find an experienced Home Manager to join their team in Colchester, Essex. The provider is a very established organisation, who have homes throughout the South and South-East. Each home has a beautiful, modern finish, with excellent facilities to create a comfortable and positive environment.
Our client prefers to hire experienced management; therefore, you will need to have at least 2 years' experience working within a Nursing Home or have a valid RGN / RMN qualification. Despite the Nursing Home Manager position being a senior role; you will also need to be prepared to have a hands-on approach to the clinical aspects of the home, when needed. The role will include the management of the home, coordination of the staff, recruitment, assessments, and appraisals. Given the high quality of care that is provided, you will also need an extensive knowledge of CQC regulations to ensure the compliance of the home is strong.
Nursing Home Manager Requirements and Skills:
-At least 2 years' experience as a Nursing Home Manager or Deputy Nursing Home Manager
-A valid RGN / RMN qualification
-Extensive CQC regulatory knowledge
