My client are a large care provider, and are recruiting for a Nursing Home Manager for one of the services they provide in South London. The service itself specialises in elderly and dementia care. As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day management of a 50 bedded home as well as ultimately working alongside the Deputy Manager to provide the best quality of care for the residents.
This nursing home is currently rated as Good.
Job Requirements for Nursing Home Manager:
• Overall responsibility of the home
• Staff management/ appraisals/ training
• Care plans/ reviews/ meetings
• General management of the nursing areas
The ideal candidate:
- Must have a strong CQC background
- Must have experience of managing nursing homes
- Preferably a Registered Nurse but not essential
- Specialise in eldelry care
- Hands on practical approach
- Dynamic and Enthusiatic
