One of my clients, an independent and reputable care organisation, are looking for an experienced nursing home manager for one of the services they provide in Harrow. The nursing home itself, is a medium sized nursing home specialising in elderly and dementia care, as the nursing home manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the nursing home and the day to day running of the home. You will work closely with the deputy manager, and will lead a team of nurses to ensure the best standard of care is given to the residents. It is important that the chosen candidate has good communication and leadership skills.
The home currently has a Good CQC rating, and it will be an essential aspect of the chosen candidates job requirements to maintain these high standards.
Candidate requirements:
- Registered Nurse
- Elderly and dementia care background
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Good CQC history
- Nursing Home management background
