Requirements for the Nursing Home Manager:
- Hold a current Nurse Pin or have 3 years Nursing Home Management experience
- Previous experience working in a large home
- Have worked within an elderly and dementia setting
- Complete understanding of CQC legislation and track record of achieving a Good outcome
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate others and create a happy working environment
- Possess strong commercial acumen to ensure the company's long-term success
