An experienced Nursing Home Manager is needed at a highly reputable Nursing home in the Renfrewshire area of Glasgow for a growing provider.
The ideal Home Manager for this highly rated Nursing home that is operated by a small UK wide care provider is a home manager of at least 3 years experience an NMC PIN & someone who has experience in improving CI grades & a passion for high standards of care along with a personable management style!
As the Home Manager you will have 24/7 responsibility for the home, managing a team of dedicated care staff to ensure the residents are living their best life, including CI, Health & safety aspects, recruitment, budgeting, training & much more.

The ideal Nursing Home Manager:
• NMC PIN
• Experienced as a Home Manager- at least 3 years experience
• Exceptional CI/SSSC/NMC knowledge
• Experienced in recruitment, budgeting, auditing & excellent communication skills

• Located in the Renfrewshire area of Glasgow
• Caters for the elderly & those living with dementia
