Job Title: Nursing Home Manager / Turnaround Manager
Location: North Ockendon, Upminster
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000
Family owned care provider are looking for a passionate and experienced nursing home manager for their 50 bed service, specialising in Dementia care.
You will be supported by a quality team to ensure you can achieve your goals!

You don’t need a PIN, although it is advantageous, but you MUST have managed a medium-sized nursing home previously.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the overall operations of the nursing home
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance of staff
• Develop and manage budgets and financial plans
• Maintain high levels of resident satisfaction and care quality
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
Required Skills:
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
• Financial management experience
• Ability to handle complex situations with professionalism and empathy
• Proven consistent 'Good' CQC ratings, or turn-around experience
Qualifications:
• Registered Nurse qualification preferred or management of a medium-sized nursing home
• Proven experience in a similar managerial role within a nursing home or healthcare setting
• NVQ 5, or equivalent qualification
