About the Home:
The Nursing Home specialises in providing nursing and personal care for up to 34 people who have a learning disability or autism or other associated and complex needs. Each unit has its own dedicated staff. Nursing staff work across the two floors to support people with their nursing needs. Current CQC Rating: Good
My client is looking for a manager that has both Residential Home Management experience and extensive experience of working with adults with Learning Difficulties and associated complex care and behaviours

You will ideally have the following Nursing Home Manager Experience:
• Nurse Qualified or extensive home management experience
• Proven track record in achieving and maintaining Good CQC
• Experience of managing budgets
• Experience of working age adults with Learning Difficulties and associated complex needs
• Able to manage a budget
