Job Description: Nursing Home Manager (Permanent)
Location: West of Leeds
Salary: £65K OTE
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve overall performance and resident satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise within the facility, maintaining a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff.
- Maintain accurate records and reports in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) qualification.
- Proven experience in nursing home and home management.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
