Nursing Home Manager (Nurse Qualified)

Location: Leek
Salary: £65,000–£70,000

We are looking for an experienced Nurse Qualified Home Manager to lead a well-established nursing home in Leek with a Good CQC rating.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
• Previous Nursing Home Manager experience.
• Proven track record managing a 40+ bed nursing home.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and compliance.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.

The Role:

• Lead the day-to-day running of the home.
• Maintain high standards of clinical care and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and support your team.
• Drive occupancy, quality, and operational performance.
