Nursing Home Manager - Llanelli
£60,000-£65,000
Our client is recruiting for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to manage a dementia focused anc complex care nursing home in Llanelli. The Regional Manager is looking for a Nursing Home Manager who has previous experience being registered, a valid NMC PIN and a good understanding of CIW requirements.
You will oversee the day to day running of this service, recruitment and development of your clinical and support team along with building links within the local care community to promote the service.
Nursing Home Management duties:
• Ensuring that CIW and Company rules and regulations are maintained
• Ensuring that the office runs an effective and efficient on-call service
• Ensuring smooth operations in respect of recruitment and training
• Developing relationships within the community and local brand awareness
Our client is looking for a dedicated and confident Registered Manager with strong communication and interpersonal skills. To apply you must have atleast three years Home Management experience within a nursing home, NVQ5, good understanding of CIW requirements and a dementia & elderly care background.
