Our client is looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager, to manage one of their wonderful Berkshire based nursing homes / care homes situated within commuting distance of Slough, Reading, Maidenhead, Wokingham etc .
Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager applicants MUST be Nurse qualified (RGN / RMN / RN) . Our client is really keen to hire someone with proven care delivery skills. They want someone who is care focussed but with strong business acumen. Candidates must have strong clinical knowledge and dementia care experience. Nursing Home Manager candidates must have strong commercial skills and strong clinical governance knowledge.
As the Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager you will ensure the highest levels of care are delivered at all time. You will join a care home provider that has very high care quality standards. You will ensure the nursing home remains compliant with CQC legislation and you will ensure the nursing home retains an excellent reputation in its local area. The successful nursing home manager / residential care home manager applicant must have overseen compliant homes and have a solid background in managing homes with high numbers of residents.
Nursing Home Manager Requirements
To be considered for the position of Nursing Home Manager you will be required to have the following relevant experience;
-Experience as a Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager
-Experience of Elderly Care
-NMC PIN / Nurse qualification
-Good Communication Skills
