Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 depending on experience (FTE)

As an Occupational Health Advisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting the health and wellbeing of employees, making a positive difference every day. What You'll Be Doing
In this varied role, you'll manage a diverse caseload, with a primary focus on sickness absence management. Your responsibilities will include conducting occupational health consultations, assessing employee fitness for work, and producing high-quality management reports and recommendations.

Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
- Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health is desirable.
- Degree-level education.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
