Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 depending on experience

Location: Warrington

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Job Summary

Provide high-quality occupational health services as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering evidence-based, person-centred care across a range of clinical settings. The role requires autonomous clinical decision-making, regular travel to client sites using the Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) and supporting the delivery of an effective occupational health service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver occupational health services including case management, health surveillance, vaccinations, drug and alcohol screening, DSE, and workplace health assessments.
  • Travel to client sites using the Mobile Medical Unit (MMU), with occasional overnight stays.
  • Promote employee health and wellbeing through health screening, education, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Manage vaccine and medical stock, ensuring safe storage, handling, and disposal.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with data protection and clinical governance standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, contribute to service development, and support the achievement of clinic KPIs and contractual requirements.

Person Specification

  • Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration.
  • Occupational Health qualification (Diploma or Degree).
  • Minimum of two years' Occupational Health experience.
  • Skilled in spirometry, audiometry, HAVS, phlebotomy, and vaccinations.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Able to work independently and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Good communication and people skills.
  • Knowledge of clinical standards and safe working practices.
