Occupational Health Nurse
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 depending on experience

Job Summary
Provide high-quality occupational health services as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering evidence-based, person-centred care across a range of clinical settings. The role requires autonomous clinical decision-making, regular travel to client sites using the Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) and supporting the delivery of an effective occupational health service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational health services including case management, health surveillance, vaccinations, drug and alcohol screening, DSE, and workplace health assessments.
- Travel to client sites using the Mobile Medical Unit (MMU), with occasional overnight stays.
- Promote employee health and wellbeing through health screening, education, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Manage vaccine and medical stock, ensuring safe storage, handling, and disposal.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with data protection and clinical governance standards.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, contribute to service development, and support the achievement of clinic KPIs and contractual requirements.
Person Specification
- Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration.
- Occupational Health qualification (Diploma or Degree).
- Minimum of two years' Occupational Health experience.
- Skilled in spirometry, audiometry, HAVS, phlebotomy, and vaccinations.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Able to work independently and prioritise workload effectively.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Knowledge of clinical standards and safe working practices.
