Job Title: Paramedic Practitioner
Location: South East London
Job Overview:My Client is seeking experienced and dedicated Paramedic Practitioners to join an established client on a permanent basis. The role involves supporting the GP Home Visiting Service, NHS@Home (Virtual Ward) service, and Clinical Streaming at University Hospital Lewisham Emergency Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Support GP Home Visiting Service: Visit patients at home, providing high-quality care.
NHS@Home (Virtual Ward) Service: Manage patients virtually, ensuring they receive necessary care at home.
Clinical Streaming at University Hospital Lewisham Emergency Department: Triage patients, perform investigative procedures, and direct them to appropriate community services.
Role Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience post HCPC registration.
Qualifications: FCP qualified or willing to work towards this qualification.
Skills:
- Strong clinical assessment skills.
- Ability to diagnose and treat patients effectively.
- Flexibility, respectfulness, and compassion.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Passion for reducing unnecessary hospital admissions.
- Dedication to improving long-term care for housebound patients with chronic conditions.
Working Hours:
28-37.5 hours per week.
