The practice is looking for a confident nurse who can work autonomously while becoming a valued member of a well-established clinical team.

About You

The ideal candidate will have strong primary care experience and be confident across a broad range of Practice Nurse duties, including:

• Chronic disease management

• Health checks

• Immunisations and vaccinations

• Wound care

• Blood pressure monitoring

• Treatment room duties

• Cervical screening desirable

• General Practice Nurse responsibilities
