Job Title: Practice Nurse
Location: Crawley, West Sussex
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: Full-time or Part-time available
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and compassionate Practice Nurse to join a well-established and friendly GP surgery in Crawley. The practice is committed to providing high-quality care to its diverse patient base, and is seeking a motivated individual to join their team and contribute to their mission of delivering excellent healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with best practice guidelines.
- Provide chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, asthma, hypertension).
- Assist with health assessments, immunisations, and screening services.
- Perform wound care, cytology, and ear irrigation procedures.
- Support patients with advice on health promotion, prevention, and lifestyle.
- Work closely with GPs and the wider healthcare team to ensure patient care is coordinated and effective.
- Maintain accurate patient records in line with confidentiality and data protection policies.
- Administer vaccines and injections as required.
- Provide support with minor injury treatments and triage.
