An exciting opportunity for a Regional Admiral Nurse to join a leading care provider. You will be supporting Dementia Care Managers and raising awareness as well as practical solutions for families.
You will be responsible for conducting assessments, providing practical advice and emotional support to families of people with dementia.
Supporting Dementia Care Managers ensuring a high standard of dementia care across the homes.
Contribute to the development and audit of this area of practice.
Ensure support throughout all stages including bereavement and ensuring high calibre care for families and residents.
Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
A full driving licence is essential
Experience in dementia care and a passion for improving the lives of those affected by dementia.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to ongoing professional development.
