Lancashire Area - Commutable from Manchester, Blackburn, Burnley, Preston, Blackpool,
£65,000-£70,000 plus a KPI bonus
My client is looking for a Nursing Home Area Manager / Care Home Regional Manager position based in the Lancashire area, who value making a difference in people's lives with by being a provider that values both empathy & progress
The Nursing Home Area Manager / Care Home Regional Manager role involves supporting the provision of high-quality care, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving commercial success across a few care homes. As Nursing Home Area Manager / Care Home Regional Manager you will implement strategies to achieve service excellence and cultivate supportive and inclusive environments.
Key Responsibilities
•As Nursing Home Area Manager / Care Home Regional Manager provide direct support to the Home Manager's encouraging a culture of excellent client care
•To oversee and support the Home Manager's with essential business management and performance
•Maintain and develop key communications with stakeholders
•Work on the compliance and governance
Skills required:
•Previous experience as a Nursing Home Area Manager / Care Home Regional Manager
•RGN- flexible
•A good working knowledge of the relevant policies, procedures & legislation relating to healthcare
•Experience of care planning
•Experience managing and working to budgets
•Strong knowledge of CQC
•Background in compliance and governance
