Are you ready to lead Home and Area Managers leading the delivery of the best health and care experience for Residents in your Area?
My client is looking for an enthusiastic and Regional Quality Improvement Lead who can help develop and drive the Home and Area managers across the West Midlands care homes in their care. The care provided ranges from Dementia, Nursing and Residential and you will responsible for ensuring that the care is above and beyond in all aspects and that the Managers are delivering that above and beyond care.
My Client has been operating for nearly 15 years and has over 270 care homes under their roster with an objective to really make a difference to the lives of older men and women up and down the UK. They proudly have over 20,000 employees who all work in unison to provide the best care possible.
The Benefits:
