The Home specialise in providing person-centred care of the elderly. They are looking for an experienced Care Home Manager for a medium sized home in the Gravesend area of Kent.
Chosen candidate requirements:
- Home Manager experience or significant experience in a Senior Care role
- Strong understanding of CQC
- Elderly and dementia experience
- Good communication and leadership skills
