£40,000 - £42,000
Purosearch are looking for you to step into an exciting role as our Registered Care Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity with a leading Domiciliary provider who are dedicated to family values, ethical practices and passionate about positive change.
You will be responsible for:
Ensuring adherence to CQC Registration Service Levels, Company Policies, and Regulations.
Manage the appraisal, development, and supervision of all care staff.
Maintain an effective on-call service and oversee recruitment and training operations.
Establishing new care packages to meet growing business needs
What we need from you:
NVQ4, RMA, or Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care preferred.
NVQ3 actively studying towards a CQC recognised qualification are encouraged.
Strong communication, leadership, and a passion for delivering exceptional quality care.
