Job Description:
This provider is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Children's Home Manager to oversee the operations of their children's home in Accrington. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for children and young people, promoting their well-being and development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the children's home, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the care team, promoting a positive and nurturing environment.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of each child.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with external agencies, families, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure the home meets the Ofsted standards and achieve positive inspection outcomes.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a children's residential care setting.
- A recognized qualification in social work, childcare, or a related field (e.g., NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare).
- Strong knowledge of childcare legislation and safeguarding procedures.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to promoting the welfare and development of children and young people.
- Full, clean driving license.
