Salary: Starting at £45,000, dependent on proven Ofsted record; bonus scheme and additional perks available

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Children's Home Manager to oversee the operations of our 4-bed children's home, which has been rated 'Good' by Ofsted for 6 consecutive years. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential childcare management and a proven track record with Ofsted standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the children's home, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for residents.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality care and support to children.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain the home's 'Good' Ofsted rating.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs, promoting the welfare and development of children.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Engage with external agencies, stakeholders, and families to support children’s needs and promote positive outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the home.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant qualifications in social work, childcare, or related field.
- Proven experience as a manager in a children's home setting.
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
