Salary: Starting at £45,000, increasing to £50,000 upon registration

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Children's Home Manager to lead a new service in Nottingham. The successful candidate will be instrumental in registering the home with relevant authorities, driving recruitment, and building a dedicated team to provide exceptional care. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and manage operations, with a clear pathway to an Area Manager role as we expand and open more homes in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the registration process of the new children's home.
