Registered Children’s Home Manager – NEW 3 Bed EBD Home
Location: Telford, TF2
Salary: £56,000 – £60,000 per annum (DOE) + performance bonus
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Ideal Candidate
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Children’s & Young People), or a commitment to achieving it
- A minimum of two years’ experience within a children’s residential setting, including management or senior experience
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience supporting children with EBD
- A detailed understanding of Ofsted requirements, safeguarding, and relevant legislation
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- A genuine commitment to improving the lives and futures of young people
The Role
- Providing strong, consistent leadership and direction to the staff team
- Ensuring the home meets and exceeds Ofsted standards and regulatory requirements
- Overseeing the development and implementation of individualised care plans
- Managing staffing levels, rotas, recruitment, and performance
- Overseeing budgets and resources effectively
- Promoting positive outcomes and developments for all young people in the home
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with local authorities and external professionals
