Registered Domiciliary Care Manager
Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Salary: £40k - £45k
I am recruiting an experienced and hands on Registered Domiciliary Care Manager for a reputable and well-established domiciliary care provider in Norfolk. They are committed to delivering high-quality care services to individuals in their own homes. They are looking for someone to lead our team and ensure the continued delivery of exceptional care services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in domiciliary care management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities as a Registered Domiciliary Care Manager:
• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of care in line with CQC guidelines.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff, fostering a positive and supportive working environment.
• Work closely with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring the efficient use of resources.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to maintain the safety and wellbeing of clients and staff.
• Actively participate in on-call duties and provide hands-on support.
Essential Requirements for the Registered Domiciliary Care Manager role:
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Domiciliary Care Manager role.
• Must have NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions.
• In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of care.
• Willingness to provide hands-on care and support when required.
