Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Home Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of care for our residents. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing medium to large care homes and a deep understanding of dementia care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Lead and inspire a team of care professionals to deliver outstanding care.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for residents, families, and staff.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to maintain financial stability.
• Liaise with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive care.
• Bring the Home back to full ocupancy
Qualifications and Experience:
• Extensive experience in managing a medium to large care home.
• RGN (Registered General Nurse) registration is preferred.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of dementia care practices and regulations.
• Ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently.
